How long is the contract for?
There is NO length of contract! You can cancel at any time you wish. Unlike most other providers, who make you agree to a 12 month contract, we have no such restrictions. You are free to choose to stay with us purely because we are good value for money.

How quickly will I get my replacement phone?
We process the majority of claims within 48 hours so your phone is back with you within the shortest possible time. Rarely, a replacement part etc is not currently in stock, which adds time to the turn-around. You are always welcome to call us to check how your claim is progressing by calling 08707 607 687 selecting the option for phone insurance.

Can other people use the phone?
Immediate family members are covered, so you can insure a phone in your name and your children etc can use the protected phone

Are there Excess charges when I claim?
To avoid fraudulent claims there has to be an excess charge. However, this is small compared to the cost of otherwise replacing your phone at your own expense.

  • If you are making a claim due to theft, then the excess charge is just £25
  • If you are making a claim due to loss, then the excess charge is just £50
  • If you are making a claim due to international cover, then the excess charge is just £75

I have ordered the insurance but I have not yet received my paperwork - where is it?
As stated on the site, paperwork takes 3-4 weeks to get to you because it comes with the Direct Debit confirmation from the banks. If it has been 3-4 weeks since you ordered, please call 08707 607 687.

Which areas of the UK can you cover?
We can insure you only if you are a UK customer. That includes the Isle of Mann and the Channel Islands. If you do not live inthe UK then we cannot protect your items.
